So like many emetophobes I can't really eat well. I got my blood taken today and passed out twice. Long story short, I felt well enough to go to starbucks and get the most sugary drink on the menu. And while I was there eating, a baby/really young toddler who was sitting next to me V*. It was mostly water and he was eating like crazy afterwards, but I'm still scared. I want to restrict so I won't catch anything, but I can't because I already passed out twice today and still feel woozy

Kids are so dumb, they eat random stuff and don't stop when they're full, plus they don't quite know how to chew yet so sometimes they choke. Maybe that's what it was. Besides that, kids often get a different strain of stomach bug that adults are pretty much immune to, so if it was a kid (especially if it kept eating after) you're probably going to be fine! Also I'm not entirely sure what you mean by restrict, but I think you're saying you want to stop eating? If so, don't do that, ever. It just makes your immune system worse if you're starving, plus if things go wrong and you do have to v*, it'll be so so so much more painful and unpleasant. Keep feeding yourself my friend Edit: just saw how old this post is, but what I said still stands! I hope you made it through unscathed!
