I went to the ER last night thinking I might have gallbladder or kidney issues because I was getting very bad back pain along with a high fever. After getting all the tests back, the doctor asked if I was experiencing any sv* symptoms. I said no, and she said that my test results showed that I had a sv*. Now all of a sudden I'm having a little bit of d* and I'm scared I'm going to v*. I didn't know a test could show a sv* before symptoms appear. I'm petrified and I have to go to work. I can't call off because I already called off twice this week, once because I was unable to return home after a cancelled flight and another because of the high fever. I'm just so scared that I'll go to work and either have a d* or v* attack and that's my worst nightmare. Does v* usually come after d*? The last time I had a sv* the v* came first. I'm so scared! Help!

Some sv's will be so mild that you won't v at all! If you are experiencing nothing but slight d, than I believe this is one of them. I had no idea hospitals could do that. That's cool! There are many times where people have d and then they don't have v (or even n!) at all. You could be totally fine when you have d! Yes, it could come before or after v with a sv, but it doesn't mean you will v just because you have it!
