Does anyone else have something that they KNOW will make them sick or panicked and still do? For me, it's Starbucks Frappuccinos(?). If I have them, I feel HORRIBLE for hours afterwards. The other thing that does it for me is coffee (I usually get a sweetened ice coffee with half n half) and then some kind of unhealthy, sweet, processed food. It's worst if I eat it on an empty stomach but it still isn't good at any time. Every time I do this I feel sick and scared, and yet... it still happens! I'm very bad at willpower apparently.
Anyone else have something they keep doing even though they know it won't be good later?

What do you mean by "and yet...it still happens." What does "it" refer to?

I mean that even though I know it's made me feel sick in the past, I either forget or say "Oh this time will be fine" and still eat it, resulting in feeling sick

Coffee, Popcorn, a lot of Rice or Grain snacks. (potato chips are fine, thank GOD!) I am just used to it by now, so I don't freak out anymore.

Oh, dominoes pizza
I should punish myself for even eating it at all, im in Jersey and not far fron NYC. It's like pizza central here.
But there's that and I usually have upset stomach and near d* the day after.
Also spaghetti/marinara sauce and garlic. And chocolate to a degree. These chocolate chip cookies I get at work are super good but so heavy and make me n*
I'm just a glutton for punishment lol

Ugh, yes. I love candy and sweet things, but my stomach really can't handle the sugar very well. I feel unwell for days afterwards. Yet I keep digging in every weekend. I'm so stupid.
I just ate chips and chocolate now actually, lol, and preparing myself for what's to come.

If I more than 2-3 days without the healthy salads and such that I'm used to, I will have d and my stomach will have on-and-off pain. I use My Fitness Pal to help me avoid eating unhealthy shit.
Also, sort of off topic, but the smell of Hamburger Helper and some microwave dinners (such as alfredo noodles with stuff in them) makes me n and I can't be around it. I also can't look at an image of it for too long without feeling a small pang of n in my stomach and throat. Image looking at rotten food with maggots in it - feels like that.

I'm the exact same way about hamburger helper!!! It's disgusting!

I'm the same way, except every single thing I eat, no matter what it is makes me horribly n*, so I've lost twenty pounds from not eating and the smell of anything meat cooking is absolutely gross!
