No. Also, there were no scares or panic attacks for me in 2016. To me, it was a fun(ish) kind of year.

I was never ill or very close to it. However, definitely not a good year for triggers. I had, in my opinion, too many panic attacks and too many moments ruined by anxiety. Hopefully 2017 will be much better!

Yep! Quite a bit actually. Was sick almost every morning for a week. It was god awful. It was due to my IBS and anxiety, hopefully 2017 is a no v* year for me!

Oh geez, that is horrible! Is your fear any better now? Or did it just get worse?

I'm on year 3 of none The year before that once Then you would have to go back twenty years for the last time for me.
20....miserable "oh my god is it going to happen"
Part of us being scared is because we go decades with out it happening so we have zero clue what it would feel like, so we panic over everything when in reality, you really can't mistake it when it's about to happen

Oh geez, that is horrible! Is your fear any better now? Or did it just get worse? I assume this was in reply to me. at first it was better but the longer I go without v* the more afraid of it I am. Now id say this is the most afraid I've ever been, I do lots of "OCD" type behaviors like obsessive hand washing and temp checking. I've had a couple close calls already this year, but I'm going back to therapy and hopefully getting it under control.

Yes, but only due to a reaction to a medication. And maybe after drinking a little too much a few times For some reason v* from a sv or fp is so much scarier to me.

No V* for me in 2016! In fact I haven't v* since 2005. However, 2016 was one of the worst years in my life's history for nausea. It plagued me almost daily. constantly. hoping 2017 brings answers and relief....
