I swear I can't stay healthy. 4 1/2 weeks ago I had a sv. 2 weeks after I had a horrible cold. Now today I feel like I could be catching another cold. Can stress cause you to have a "sick" headache by chance? I've been under a lot of stress today and have felt exhausted all day.. not sure if stress can cause exhaustion and a headache or not though.
I also feel slightly doomed. I took my daughter to a children's museum yesterday. She's not quite 2 yet and I know she put her hands in her mouth multiple times. I'm praying she doesn't catch anything. It's been close to 36 hours since we went so hopefully if she was going to catch something, it would have already hit.
Guys, I'm exhausted from pregnancy and sickness. I just really need the rest of this pregnancy to go smoothly. 😕

I am so sorry you can't seem to catch a break! Stress can definitely cause headaches, trigger migraines, tension headaches, etc. it can also weaken your immune system, along with a diet high in sugar. Stress and pregnancy will make you feel exhausted.
It's been longer than 36 hours now, how is your daughter feeling?
Think spring! Things will be so much better in a short while! Less illnesses going around, beautiful weather! This time of illness and your pregnancy are only temporary!

And luckily I never got sick last week. Now unfortunately I am catching a cold now. (I think).. I have a very scratchy threat that's making me gaggy. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and am counting down the days! I go to the doctor Friday and will be asking her if there's anything else I can do to boost my immune system. I'm so over feeling this awful all the time!

Like...THE children's museum? That place is awesome af. You were basically in my neighborhood, if so, FYI! Anywhoo...I always feel weird in the spring. Vaguely... coldish and hay fevery...and dizzyish. But overall pleasant, when I really think about it. Kinda...high...maybe? ....Every spring there are new pollens, etc...as early as right now. It's been so warm...the trees are already budding! So...maybe it's just seasonal, but early. Xoxo. My bf got his first mosquito bit of the year only a couple days ago.
