My anxiety has been really bad lately. Everything my body does I'm just on edge. One thing that has been annoying is coping at night. My anxiety doubles. Also I'm having dreams and I've always had them but any time I sleep well, I drew. And they're so really and vivid and it's just happened again. It makes feel strange and unwell

My emetophobia has been absolutely horrible this week because so many people at school are sick. And I completely agree- for some reason, the night makes my anxiety worse too. I've begun to dread going to bed, which is really bad. Sometimes I even stay up later on purpose, just to avoid turning off my light to go to bed. I'm not sure why, maybe because I fear dealing with my anxiety alone when everyone in my house is asleep, or maybe because I worry about getting sick and waking up in the middle of the night. But just know you're not alone.

What kinds of dreams? It's healthy to get to dreaming during sleep. Are they disturbing?

I know it's healthy to dream but a lot of the time my dreams are so vivid and weird and I seem to be of a negative nature. I wake up almost every night feeling anxious and it's horrible.
