Ive had some very close calls this week guys. My anxiety has been good as I haven't had many minor panic attacks but my stomach has been very iffy.... I will admit to eating alot less than I did at Christmas but I am desperate to stay skinny... Anyway! Monday night whilst on Skype I suddenly got hot, flustered and really thought it was gonna happen.. it didn't thanks to mint gum but I was very scared. I felt better these past few nights but I've just eaten out (went for a vegetarian burger that had cheese and tomotoes) and immediately after I got a bad gas feeling.... No n* just baaaaad gas. It's been an hour since I ate and I can't say I have the pain but I feel like I'm gonna have quite loose d*(THIS LITERALLY NEVER HAPPENS). I'm calm cos I'm not n* but I really feel the urge to go pretty badly and I'm petrified I've picked something up :/ the Italian burger was rich in tomotoes pasata and I had some sauce with it... I also only had a banana all day so maybe it's overload? Scared guys

COuld be the burger flushing things out of your system. Sometimes when I eat a lot of veg that will happen to me. Especially if I haven't been eating like I normally would. How are you feeling now?

Sorry for update spam. It's been almost an hour and I must confess I feel perfect so far.... Could this be cos I didn't eat all day? My stomach feels very ...Well and I neither have a fever nor more urge to go..But it felt very very explosive (sorry)...

Dahlia - maybe yeah! I've had a poor diet full of chips and stodgy stuff this week I must confess... I'm also on day one of my period but what's weird is that I do usually get d* like this once every month but only when I'm in sheer pain... Today I had no pain but the d*...Hopefully this won't occur every month

Yeah...it could be that your body was worried about not getting food soon, so it was holding on to whatever you ate last...and when you finally gave it food, it was like..."okay, yuh gone!" D* happens for a lot of reasons. I get it if I eat too much Vit C.

I eat way less than I should, and I definitely get d* when I eat after a long time of not eating.
