Don't let yourself fall further down into it, go on a walk or sip on some ice water. It's all in your mind. Have you been triggered by anything? It sounds like anxiety to me. Try grounding yourself. Hope the n* subsides x

Well I had gotten confirmation that all my stomach problems are in my head from my Dr so my wife got us white sauce pizza bc i hate onion and red sauce and I ate 3 pieces which is more pizza than I have eaten in 3 years. I was so happy to have it back lol I'm a fool. But now randomly I got N real strong the cold clammy feel and extreme panic but my stomach isn't freaking out I mean it is now from the anxiety probably but I'm loosing it now....

Sounds like anxiety but hard to tell. Do you have any reason to believe you would have caught an sv? When I have a panic attack I feel the way you described. I bet thats what it is.

Southernwolf feel free to click the link in my signature. It will take you to another post on this site with info and some website links to anxiety and panic. This sounds a lot like panic/anxiety to me. I second the question melekeh has. Do you feel you were exposed to anyone with a virus? Whenever I overeat, especially pizza, I feel pretty gross. Most adults have some issues digesting lactose/dairy like cheese. You could just be a bit full and anxious about it, and your anxiety could have cause claminess. I suggest drinking ginger tea when feeling this way. Typically, there is some sort of ache or feeling in your stomach if you are ill. Even if it's lower stomach (like poop pains). Anxiety creates tension especially in the neck and throat would could be affecting your gag reflex. Try to relax and maybe put a cool wash cloth on your face or neck. I believe you will be fine Keep us posted.

How are you feeling now? Sounds like it's more than likely anxiety. Maybe try running super cold water over your hands and do some deep breathing, do you have any ice packs? Or frozen veggies? I would put it on the back of your neck and see if that helps soothe how you're feeling, I find it helps me.
