I’m on a ketogenic diet and I didn’t prepare anything for dinner I was so hungry when I got home from work I just ate a whole bag of pork rinds. Now I’m feeling horrendously sick to my stomach and I can’t stand it! Please help!
I’ve never had this issue with rinds before but I always ate smaller amounts and something else with or before them. Idk if it’s the salt or fat or protein content by themselves or what but I am freaking out! The last thing I want to do is eat anything but I wonder if it would help? I don’t know that I could though!
I’m bloated and full and keep burping pork rinds. Like I don’t know if I will be able to eat them ever again now. I can’t stand this! I’m trying to sip water but I just want to die.

How are you feeling now? I hope it didn’t amount to anything?
I made myself feel *s yesterday by overindulging on something. I regretted it for a couple of hours!

Thanks kirbear I ended up being okay, just totally miserable for a couple of hours. I’m never eating those alone on an empty stomsch, it helped when I had an antacid and some water.
