A couple of nights ago my younger brother was hanging out with me in my room, soon after I hear him yell from the bathroom that he had v*. I had already felt ill but I assumed it was from my IBS (I'm having an endoscopy and colonoscopy in a week or two to figure out what's going on). I quarantined myself to my room and was hesitant about using bathroom (we only have one) Had a panic attack, eventually calmed myself down. He felt better the next day after a night of hearing him v* and go in and out of the bathroom. I kept my distance and my mom bleached the bathroom. After church on Sunday my mom (who finished chemo in august) was complaining of an upset stomach with d* she took a nap and eventually ended up v*. She just started to feel better today and I've kept myself in the basement or downstairs only using the bathroom when I absolutely need to. I'm wondering if she got it because of her immune system, but it's been since august I think her immune system would have built up since then. We have re bleached the bathroom, I've barely eaten, and my stomach is kind of upset I'm having normal BM but I think it's from anxiety and not eating. It's just my dad and I left that haven't gotten it. Honestly I'm terrified to get it, as we also have finals this week and I can't afford to miss anymore school. I don't know what to do!!!!

Your mums immune system is still compromised. You are doing everything you need to - stay away, wash hands. Try to make your own food if you can.

Keep cleaning and washing your hands and I'm sure you'll be ok! Your mom's immune system is still weak so I believe she was more susceptible than you. Sounds like it's a mixture of anxiety and not eating enough making your stomach a little upset. I get super n* when I get too hungry.
