I had lots of gas before bed, not sure why... I hadn't eaten anything abnormal... the gas didn't smell bad there was just a lot of rumbling and passing. It made me anxious because well anything with my tummy does. I fell asleep just hoping I'd wake feeling normal again.
That was about an hour ago, my dog woke me up just now crying to go out so I let him out. I feel super dizzy and n and anxious and my tummy is cramping. I am so scared, I'm standing in the kitchen with a glass of water just shaking. My husband is asleep, I don't want him awake or around. I just want to crawl out of my skin.
No one around me is sick and no one at work, but I did eat at McDonald's this afternoon and a restaurant last night. What if someone sick handled my food?
Somebody please talk some sanity into me before I lose my mind!

Instead of somebody sick handling your McDonald's food, it is probabaly your stomach having a bad reaction to the food itself! McDonalds and other fast food places have unhealthy foods and those, although they taste great, can really mess with your stomach. While sleeping, I bet you were lying down too - that make sit woes evacuar you aren't upright! Water is the right way to go, and you should try to sleep more of it off. Then I bet you'll wake up, feel awful for a few min, go to the bathroom, then be perfectly fine for the rest of the day!

Thank you Jess, I definitely agree it was probably all that food from going out to eat, especially McDonalds! I woke up and went to the bathroom and felt better. And I deep cleaned my house for several hours today so that exercise felt great and my house looks great too!

Thank you Jess, I definitely agree it was probably all that food from going out to eat, especially McDonalds! I woke up and went to the bathroom and felt better. And I deep cleaned my house for several hours today so that exercise felt great and my house looks great too! 😁 7/27 - 7/29 my entire house got cleaned. Too much stuff and not enough space... but if you don't go around opening drawers and closest then it will look tidy! Glad you're feeling better. Try to avoid fast food as much as you can.
