So I haven't seen my friend in weeks. She lives an hour away and I've been gone on vacation. Anyway, she just got a car and came to see me.
We are lunch around 1 and we had different meals but the same soup. I didn't eat anything she touched, or eat anything she did.
We then went for coffee and shopping and had a great day! A few minutes after shopping she started complaining of her stomach saying she had to poo. But it wasn't an emergency. So we went to the park and she was gassy but we were still having fun and laughing.
So she dropped me off and asked to use my bathroom. I offered to let her but I wasn't thrilled and I think she knew, so she left. (I know it's mean but I was scared of her getting sick in it and me panicking for weeks because my family isn't emetophobic so they don't clean and watch themselves like I do and I don't want anything spreading)
So she told me she pulled over to t*u* on the road going home. And that she went to the bathroom and had d*. Now she's hungry again and she wants to go out tomorrow for lunch and she's feeling better.
I'm just scared it was a bug even though she thought it was food poisoning. Or that I'd get the food poisoning.
I forgot my wallet in her car so I have to drive out there to get it tomorrow. Any tips on how I can avoid panic? Thank you!

Something she ate might not have sat well with her and then drinking coffee might have aggravated it more, I think if she was sick she would have v* and had d* more, or at the very least she wouldn't be feeling better yet. When my friends and family catch bugs, even after they stop getting sick, they're down and out for at least another day or two because their bodies are weak and aren't quite ready to handle food.
Also, people without emetophobia tend to be more relaxed about v*, so if their stomachs are really upset, they'll just let it happen to feel better and it usually doesn't mean anything. And again, the d* on top of the v* could be coffee related, or food not sitting well. I went to lunch once with a group of friends and had horrible stomach pain and d* afterwards just because it didn't agree with me.
Just remember to wash your hands when you're there and you'll be fine!
