I've been feeling quite bad since I ate a HUGE plate of food, then thirds of quiche, then yogurt with strawberries then pie. Huge amounts of food, I know, but it was a smaller party this year and for the first time every at any gathering where a meal is involved, I ate without feeling sick. Then it settled and god am I full. We ate around 2-4 and it's now almost midnight and I am still feeling horrible. I've had 2 ginger capsules, one ginger candy, tons of water, 2 peppermint capsules, and my zantac (and zoloft but that's for depression) and it doesn't seem to have done anything.
This might be TMI but also for the past few days I've been a constipated sheep, occasionally getting sharp pains and the urge to go, rushing to the toilet, and pooping a fairly sizable pile of small, hard poop pebbles. Today I had a few pebbles then teh biggest poo I have ever seen, easily 8 inches long and all the consistency of a baked sweet potato. This was at around 10am, before eating. It was accompanied by pain, and I've had mild stomach pain pretty much all day.
My panic is for two reasons, because I don't know what to do if this is overeating pains and I'm worried that it might not be. Do you guys have any tips or tricks or words of wisdom?

You need to try to have more water is what it sounds like to me. Dehydration is very well known to cause pebble poos and harder larger poos, too.

Drink lots of water and maybe try and eat more fruit and veg which will help with the constipation. I know how u feel as I use to suffer from constipation, it's awful and it's so uncomfortable

Your description of your poo was absolutely the best I've heard! Consistency of a sweet potato! I do hope you are feeling better now!
