I just ate go-gurt that had an expectation date of march 23 and it's April 9th. It had been in the freezer since I bought it and I made my mom taste it after and she told me it tasted fine and that I'd be fine but I'm so scared!
I'm mildly lactose intolerate so I don't know if the tightness in my belly is from that or the anxiety or if I'm getting fp. I ate it about five minutes ago. When will I know if I'll be okay?
Can I please get some help calming down? Logically I'm pretty sure I'll be just fine as I didn't even eat it all but I'm just freaking out so badly I can't stop shaking

I think i read it can be good for a few months if frozen. Most of those dates are see by dates anyway. Those sensations are most likely just some gas pangs that you're focusing on out of worry. No need though

Oh yeah, zero worries. You'll be fine. Freezing can extend that date by months! I'd say you'd be safe to eat that up until July or August (might not taste as fresh anymore...)
