Since last week, I've been having episodes of strange feelings. I keep intermittently feeling like I'm being pushed down on, like when you go on a real fast rollercoaster ride? This always comes with an extreme feeling of fatigue which also comes and goes, but when it does happen I can't really move. For the last 3-4 days, I have had horrible sharp lower abdominal pain, but with no d* or loose bms. But tonight everything is very bad: all of these symptoms but with 4 loose BMs and a lot of n*. The n* started at around 16:00 (it is now almost 5 in the morning). I thought I was hungry so I got a nice 6-inch Subway sandwich but half-way through it I got this horrible wave of nausea. I kept getting that wave of nausea, but my mind was telling me that I had a bigger appetoie than usual! And here we are now, with the fatigue, really bad pain and the n*. The outside of my neck keeps going cold and so does the inside. My mouth is getting drier and I can now taste blood. I don't understand the pain and the loose BMs though. These symptoms aren't very typical of my IBS. Could I have picked up an SV* from my therapy place or my school? Can anyone help me and tell me what they might think this is? Also, I'm so sorry for all the panicky posts I've made, I guess the anxiety is bad at the moment. (I should also note that on Monday night/Tuesday morning I had an extreme panic attack in which I felt so n* and got so freaked out I depersonalized and hurt myself. i really dont want tonight to be a repeat of that)

I'd say this is just anxiety!! we don't realize but anxiety can seriously make your digestive system go out of whack. it slows it down, speeds it up, makes all the processes go wonky.
SVs come on relatively quickly, so if you've been feeling off since last week, I highly doubt that's what it is. I can't say for sure, but all these things you're feeling might not even be related, and if they are, it's stress.
As for the n*, it's frustrating, but if you had an appetite that's a good sign!! I hope you feel better soon!

Definitely anxiety. Trouble is you worry it's a SV* which in turn makes your anxiety worse so nothing really helps.
I know how you feel. I have some weeks where I feel 'off' for days on end and others where I'm not affected much at all.
I get a lot of anxiety related symptoms but I would say that digestive ones are the main ones.
