I started a new job this week which is always stressful and scary. .. and I've been nauseous since last Sunday. Like pretty strong nausea. And of course it's been giving me horrid anxiety. And I've been twitching... like my eyes and flexing my neck. Emotionally I don't feel stressed, but obviously my body is showing stress and anxiety, my neck is super tense.
I ate a really big bowl of rice for dinner about 4 hours ago and a yogurt. I went to lay down, I'm so tired from everything going on this week. I was feeling okay, but after laying down my stomach is in knots and I'm feeling like I could have heartburn and I'm super nauseous again. Please help, I'm not sure how to make this stop! I'm freaking out!

You may not feel stressed, but it does sound like you are! Perhaps you could try some medication that helps with stress or that targets the n* specifically. It will most likely not be an instant cure, but you should gradually feel better if you can better manage the stress.
