Hey everyone, I feel like this may be 'it'
This morning, I went to school like usual, but my stomach was growling and I felt hungry. A few hours later, I got water and a yogurt thing from the lunch line, but I wasn't feeling it so I didn't eat it. Then after school I went to Starbucks (usual for me, I go there to work on stuff) and I got a sweet potato cupcake and an ice coffee. I had those, then got a refill for the road (only ice coffee, no cupcake) which I barely managed to finish as I got nauseous on the way home. When I got home I had to poo, but it was relatively normal. I then went to a party and ate a bunch of Cheetos and a store bought doughnut, then spaghetti with canned tomato sauce. Later, a little before 10pm (it's now almost midnight) I felt extremely nauseous. I went outside into the cold and felt better, but not great. I went home and felt betterish, but now I'm sitting in bed with extreme nausea and a prickly hot/cold feeling. My heart has been going like crazy since I got to the party. I didn't notice while I was having fun but my friend was laying on my chest and commented on how fast my heart was going, and when I felt my pulse it was pretty much one beat after the other without a pause. I also feel like I need to poo again. I feel really terrible, and though I'm not exactly panicking, I'm close. I also do have stomach pain, though it's mild.
Do you think this is from the sugar and coffee on an empty stomach? The junk food afterwards? I also have the issue that a good friend that I've spent a lot of tie with recently was sick on sunday before exams, v* for 2 days straight. This was the 29th, ~10 days ago. This would normally not worry me except that she seems to have gotten the exact same thing her mom had a little less than 2 weeks before she got it. There's also another person that is friends withs some of my friends (although I'm not positive Friend A is one) who apparently got very sick either yesterday or the day before. Many of the people at the party are good friends with her, and one even hung out with her earlier on the day she fell to the sickness. She also happened to drive past me on my way to the party and one of the other guests high-fived her.
What can I do? That's not the question I want to ask, but I can't find anything closer/better. I'm feeling a bit better after writing this, but still pretty darn bad. I think it's 50/50 between sick and either anxious or bad food.
p.s I forgot to mention, but I also felt suckish after walking the half hour to the party, in what is very hot for the season weather (just under 60 f) and I noticed I was very jittery, lightheaded/dizzy, and my heart was going really fast.
p.p.s I also forgot to say that I took a panic pill (Vistaril) when I started to panic, but I didn't notice a moment where everything chilled out
