So, since my son went back to school after the xmas break there have been a few kids off with v* every now and again (not like loads at the same time). A few of the kids only v* once or twice, one of them was just really pale and lethargic and felt sick but wasn't, my son had an evening where he was fine then woke up in the night saying he felt sick and he was really pale but never v* so I'm wondering if that was his version of whatever bug is going around.
My sister works at the school and she had to clean up after and help a little boy who was v* but that was 2 weeks ago and my sis has been fine. She had to clean up after another child yesterday after they v*. I didn't feel so panicked after the v* as it seems it isn't being spread around very quickly and the siblings and parents don't seem to be getting it like I would imagine the norovirus to so I just presume it's one of those random bugs that kids get.
However, I have been at the gym today and a woman said she didn't attend last week as she was poorly, I just presumed a cold but then she said 'the kids brought it home and then of course everyone gets it', so I can only assume it's noro as I don't know of any other sv that can spread so quick.
Just now my son announced that one of the boys in the class above him went home today with d*. Now I'm not scared of having d* but for some reason I am now in a mad panic that this is norovirus that has hit the school because none of the other kids that v* before had d* with it. I feel as though this d* is the start of a Noro outbreak! Please someone give me some wise words I am a wreck right now! I was hoping with my son being off a few weeks ago that that would be it!
