Every Friday or Saturday night I write the same post on here about how my housemate goes out and gets so drunk she v*'s the next day. Normally I am a little calmer because there's another girl that lives with us but this weekend she is away so I'm alone with this awful girl and we have to share a bathroom. I hate it. I have been so calm the whole week and now my panic has set in and I feel n*. I will feel like thi for the next 24 hours or until I'm sure she's finished being disgusting. I don't know what to do. I am having such bad anxiety right now. Why are people so inconsiderate.

I would wear headphones 24/7 probably while I was in the house...or find something to do while she's going through her hangover...outside of the house. (Dorm?)

I live in a shared flat with her not a dorm, but my room is right next to the bathroom which is why I get so panicked I have agoraphobia so leaving my house is difficult but I am planning to watch tv on my laptop with headphones all of tomorow if I hear even the smallest thing. I am just anxious in anticipation.

My room is right next to the bathroom too so I feel your pain. It might help to buy headphones that help cancel or muffle sound. I know it helps me.

She only just got home and it's 7am and now I'm wide awake. I won't be able to sleep again now due to my anxiety. I feel like crying. She hasn't been sick yet but she could be at any time. I hate this. Why do I have this stupid phobia.
