I'm seriously so annoyed because every night around this time my stomach starts to hurt and it's awful I'm tired of not feeling normal I want my normal life back again ! I'm determined not to let this get me down but sometimes it's hard because there is no need to have a stomach ache every night close to bed for no reason ! Cause I've been fine all day no attacks nothing ! But for the last 4 weeks Religiously I get stomach pain ! So annoying just needed to rant . I'm up for some ideas or how to avoids these every night

I get n* almost every day- it's a very slight sense of n,* but it's n* nonetheless, and it's from anxiety (I actually have it right now, and I'm hoping it's not a sv.*) Anxiety is truly powerful, and it can be really painful and debilitating at times. I highly doubt that you have anything physically wrong with you- maybe a food intolerance, but most likely not. Even when you're not having a panic attack (I only get panic attacks once every two or three weeks), anxiety can still cause you to feel awful and give you a range of symptoms from stomachaches to headaches to feeling faint.

Yeah, it is probably your anxiety causing your feelings. I have had many different things - n*, d*, stomach cramps, headache, dizziness, faintness, etc. - all from anxiety and/or panic. Try to get the anxiety or panic under control, then you should feel better.
