Do you think Dramamine will help with my aniexty nausea ? Cause my boyfriend and I are going to this thing called arena cross (he's into dirt bikes) and I'm kinda freaked out because I'm gonna be someways away from home and I'm feeling a little panicky

I am sure it could help as a placebo of sorts, but honestly I would not take anything that is not totally needed. Have you ever tried ginger chews? They are natural and promote good digestive health and are great for anxiety induced nausea. You can likely find them in heath food and possible grocery stores.

There you go Drink plenty of water, it will help calm you down and refresh you. It's amazing what the human body is capable of, and also how easily these symptoms can melt away once we start feeling a bit better about our situation

Definitely ! It's mostly before I get somewhere I'm anxious and then once I'm there I'm fine . And in the car on the way there I get nervous for some reason
