Ok so I work in an office and in that office I work small room with another woman. Today she was on the phone with one of her daughters and all of a sudden she says, "You v*?" and all that jazz. Apparently they were at a holiday party where other guests who were sick with the sv* attended (ummm wtf?!). Anyway, now I am afraid that 1. she will bring the germs into work and 2. she may be sick and bring her sick germs into work. We only have ONE women's bathroom because they other is broke. I'm so pissed and afraid. IDK what to do. I cannot hold it in all day. I pee every hour as it is!
UGH I hate this god damn illness and everything that has to do with it!

I can understand feeling upset about it but to be honest I don't think you have anything to worry about at the moment. People go out in public all the time while someone is sick at home. Parents and spouses go to work while their children/partner are home sick. You're in this situation more than you realize, it's just that the phobia makes you fixate on it when you know it's happening. I work in a healthcare office where patients are in and out all the time. I've had them tell me about their kids home sick, whole family was sick yesterday, etc. I've had co-workers come in while their kids were home sick. We have 2 bathrooms that are shared between staff and patients. Yet, I've still never caught anything aside from an occasional cold from work. Deep breath, nothing to worry about at all.

Amanda is right! I giggled when I read about the sick people attending holiday parties. it generally confuses me how people can be like "alright let's go to this holiday party and get everybody else sick!" squat instead of sitting on the toilet and DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING IN THERE. use a paper towel to open the door, flush, turn on faucet, pump soap and turn off the faucet. also look away when flushing. feces and v* hold germs to stomach bugs so you don't want any nasty things stuck on the toilet splashing up from the flushing. x
