So I guess this is my first post on here. I was going to post this on IES... But since that is down, oh well... I am here. To the people on IES that know me - I want to say thanks to all that helped me throughout my anxiety on the forums. I remember when I first joined as a 13 year old in 2012. I was panicking because something happened that day. I was under a different username though. An update on me, I guess I am the same. I am not active on IES as much as I used to be - knock on wood. If I panic, of course I would come back but only for as long as I would need. Other than that, I graduate soon. . We are the last *full* class born in the 90s... Which is cool to think about. I don't have much else to say but I just want to say thanks to everyone and that I hope everyone is doing well. Hopefully IES returns soon though! I am going to continue with updates on me maybe once or twice a year, I think. Happy early 2017. Let's hope for an anxiety-free year, I hope so! .

Aw! Hi khernandez! I remember you! I am glad you are doing well. Congrats on your pending graduation and the next chapter in your life. I hope you do pop back on IES (or whichever forum exists at whatever point) to update us. Best of luck!

Yeah, maybe soon IES will be back. I don't mind which forum is used, but I doubt IES is going to be forever. The admin was active around the time I first joined that place, but left soon afterwards. The only reason he came back last year was because of the issues/harassment or something and I think that was only to post one thing, I assume. Before that he was not on for years. I knew about his fraud thing too.

Yeah, I remember that haha, time goes by very quickly. I was probably 15 at the time. I was more active then... And then when I was 16, I guess I stopped. I don't remember though. I am going to be 18 in less than a year, it is weird to think about, but also very relieving. .

How have you been in the time between? I'm 16 now, I like to see how people do in their late teenhood ^^'

For me, the late teenage years are like the pre-adult years. 18 is the adult year (here), but then 21 is also another big adult year. It is similar to the ages 10-12 because those are the pre-teen years; they start preparing for middle school and they change.
For me, I have to start thinking about college, moving out, working. Life. I became more distracted with that, I tried to prevent my issues from holding me back, mostly by not caring as much. I had my first job back in May, but it was miserable so I quit 2 days after working. Not good, but my next job I am going to stay and work as long as I can there. I am doing the applications again. 16 was a strange year for me, but the summer was very fun and semi-relaxing. It was the first summer I have loved as a teenager, the last good summer was 2011 for me.
I have noticed my OCD and Emetophobia have increased within the past few months, probably because it is winter and I am terrified every winter about, you know what. I hope it is going to be ok.
