Hi all! I'm new to the group and hopefully you guys can help! Like a bunch of threads have said before, I feel like I've heard more about sv* going around than I have before ( causing 3 schools in the area to close in the past month). Just a few minutes ago, my coworker came up and have me a bunch of papers to work on and told me she's leaving early because she feels super super nauseous and thinks it could be a sv*and doesn't want to infect anyone (which I appreciate). But now I'm so scared that I'm going to catch it not only from the community but by people at work. It's just making me so anxious and I just don't know what to do. I feel like it's everywhere and I can't escape it

Hi and welcome! I feel the same way in terms of the sv* being everywhere this winter. It honestly makes me want to stay at home in my bed avoiding everyone. Just remember that there is no logical way you can get it unless you share food with someone who's sick or somehow ingest v* particles from someone v*ing right next to you. It's hard to think logically at such an anxiety-provoking time, but we have to. Sv* season will be over in a month though, I can't wait!
