Sorry to keep posting I know I am over doing it but my stomach is gurgling. It never normally does it so now my defences are up and I am feeling n* but not sure if I will actually v* or not. Haven't eaten for around 6 hours but not hungry. Not sure why else it would be gurgling like this? Also I don't have any memory of what it's like to actually v* as last time I did was when I was a small child any help or advice would be appreciated. The same thing happened last night and I was up until 6am feeling so vulnerable and n*. I don't want another night like this.

My stomach never made noises that I was aware of....just recently it's gotten VERY vocal!! It gurgles pretty much every day. Some weeks might go by where it is not as loud but it always comes back and I am always fine! It does feel gross and alien-like sometimes, though.
Do you snore in your sleep, or have a cold or persistent cough? That can make you gulp in air. That's usually all gurgles are, is gas and air moving through your system. I recently asked my bf, who v* several times a few weeks ago, "did your stomach gurgle at all prior to when you were n*?" He just said "nope" So it's not always a sign you'll be ill. You're probably a bit gassy, though!

Hey janebug, it could definitely just be digestion. Sometimes certain foods take longer to digest. I get a gurgley tummy very often. Maybe just grab a cracker and some sprite? I've heard warm tea helps too. I've had nausea from being hungry also.. or at times I can't differentiate which it is. If your actually just hungry a cracker will help a ton! I hope you start to feel better soon!

Have you been avoiding eating? If so, your stomach could be doing all of that because it needs food. There's feeling hungry, and then there's starving. Two different feelings. I've been anorexic, and that intense hunger can feel just the way you describe. Are your mouth and throats dry? Do your ears and glands feel funny? That could be dehydration from not eating. It can also cause tummy weirdness.

Thanks for replying so quickly I feel a little better, and I guess when I panic I breath more so it could be why? I don't have a cold or cough but have had the suspicions this evening that I might contract one. I don't know any of the signs of being ill so that's why I get paranoid about literally everything. Also I am with you on the non vocal part, my stomach is so rarely vocal normally only when hungry but I mean. It's hard to avoid a hungry belly rumble because the hunger pain comes?? Just strange. Thanks Razzle.

So this could make a lot of sense. I have water but I might need to grab a cracker whoops.

Well I hope so anyways. But thank you for this information I will keep it in mind when I feel like this next after not eating
