I've read a few posts on our normal page about not having enough acid, from taking too many acid relievers, and can make you feel ill. Has anyone had this happen to them? I was on Pepcid for over a year and am now on Zantac. Every night I feel awful. I'm not sure if it's anxiety or not but tonight I wondered if it was because I've been taking an acid reliever so often for 2 years. Do I bring it up to my doctor? I'm 22 weeks pregnant so it definitely could actually be acid reflux lol

I've been on Zantac 150 every night for at least 1.5 years (though I've currently stopped) and it didn't make me feel bad. I'd actually say that if you've been on it so long and you're pregnant, your body might have adjusted to the Zantac and naturally produce more, plus pregnancy... Seems like acid reflux to me ^^

Thank You koi! I actually think you're right. It only gets THIS bad when I'm pregnant. After getting some rest last night, I was able to get some peace of mind that I actually need the medicine. Sometimes when I'm exhausted everything seems much worse than it actually is. Lol
