Do you live with your sister? Other than avoiding her for a week or so then it's keep clean, diluted bleach to clean everything your sister touches whilst ill and no sharing cups or utensils. Don't eat anything she may prepare.
Just from past experience, I never caught anything of my sister when she was poorly in the past when we were young and lived at home and the same the other way around.

People feel ill for all sorts of reason, especially women. You shouldn't avoid her, there's no reason to. If your hands are clean before you touch your mouth there's NO WAY to contract it in your situation. Don't bleach everything and focus on the TRUTH, if you wash your hands before you eat and keep your unwashed hands out of your mouth you're totally safe. You're in control and can feel at ease in your space, being near her, living your life as normal can't make you sick. Neither can sharing food, drink, etc. xoxo
