I'm freaking out. I got up to go to the toilet and my stomach felt bloated. Of course I became worried about this. But I went to bed and the back of my throats is really mucousy. And having this worries me even more, as salivating in the throat and mouth is sign of about to get sick. Not only that, I have a guy in bed with me who I am kind of dating (alothough I don't really like him so don't want him there) and having him here and being sick at the same time is really freaking me out more. This has happened a couple of times lately I will be almost sick from anxiety so I really hope that's all it is. I come extremely close to it. I'm going to just listen to some meditation and concentrate breathing. The mucous in my throats is really freaking me out. I don't exactly feel n* but it can come on suddenly like this.

Firstly, get rid of the guy you don't really like! 😊
Secondly, I get the mucus in my throat an awful lot. I suffer with rhinitis so I get mucus all the time. The other weekend I had a really sore throats and loads of mucus and I was also scared I would v* but I didn't. You're going to be fine xx

Yeah I got rid of him lol. I just discovered I suffer from sinus problem but mild enough for me not to notice these little things. I've woken up again during the night anxious. I feel like this time my throat is all mucousy but that's not bothering me. I kind of feel baggy. Like there's a feeling in my throats like I might gag. It's awful. I don't feel n* but this sensation is starting to freak me out

If you have sinus issues that gagging feeling might be from drainage, so don't worry too much about it. If you have issues with mucus, I've heard it's better to sleep with your head elevated so you don't wake up with that drainage feeling.
