I think that you should take some deep breaths and step back for a couple hours. Let your husband do everything when the kids get home from school and go relax. You need it for your own sanity. Even if you are hiding your anxiety around him, the anxiety is no good for both of you. The best way to control it would be to relax for a bit. I doubt he has a sv* at this point. Even though he has been eating normally, perhaps he just has an upset stomach or has a lot of gas. See how he feels when he gets back from school. He should be feeling a bit better then.
