Earlier today I felt a tiny bit n* which i chalked up to anxiety but now it's back. I also have horrid throat n* that makes me feel as if it'll happen any moment and it's been that way for an hour. I don't know what I'll do I have no antiemetics or anything.

Is there something you can do to calm or distract yourself?

I'm reading and breathing right now. The feeling subsided a little but if I move too fast it comes back

I don't think you're going to v*. Pretty sure throat n* is usually like 100% anxiety nausea. Please just try and distract yourself and find things that you like to look at. You will be okay!

Or try to drink a teensy bit of water. My throats gets weird feeling when I am dehydrated. (Also my ears get weird and kinda...airy-feeling, if that makes sense.)
How are you feeling now?

I hate throat nausea. It's always caused by anxiety for me. When my anxiety gets that bad, and it causes the threat nausea I always have to get myself moving and doing something.. maybe try a distraction. I bet it will help!
I also heard humming helps? Someone once told me that during throat nausea humming can help relax the threat. Not sure if it's true. But it's definitely worth a shot! 😊

It's been a while since it kinda stopped. My stomach still feels a little "off" but I was able to eat dinner today. I'm glad it didn't progress or anything, thanks for the tips! I'll keep them in mind if this ever comes back.
